Coaching

Individual Managerial Coaching.
Accompanying managers individually in the development of their roles and responsibilities within their often complex environment.

Training

Emmanuel Jeger, founder of Bridging@Work

As a certified coach, Emmanuel facilitates the emergence of cohesion and creativity in teams, especially in multicultural environments. He enables teams to transform complexity and tensions into collective performance, with the aim of working better together. He stimulates managers to grow in their role and in the development of individual and collective talents

An engineer background and a graduate of a Postgraduate MBA, he has previously held various responsibilities in technical and commercial development within large national and international telecommunications groups.
For the past 18 years, he has been working in French and English in large companies and industrial or service organizations based in Switzerland and France.
