  3. Sustain transitions by committing the team to specific projects.

Phase 1: Diagnose and Detect

Diagnose and Detect development levers through an in-depth assessment of the situation, your challenges and your needs, e.g. by:

  • an assessment of team dynamics
  • an inventory of the key skills of you and your colleagues.

Phase 2: Transforming

Support is based on 3 pillars: Coaching, Facilitation and Training, which can be offered together or separately:
