"The Schindler branch in Lausanne has 120 employees with 5 distinct areas of activity: sales of new installations, modernization, after-sales service, assembly and the administrative part. In April 2015 when I took over the agency, the situation was complex. There was a huge lack of collaboration. The 5 departments were working in silos, with one department holding sway over the others. This had led to a lack of trust within the Management Committee. The teams on the ground were feeling it and it was creating a lack of buy-in to the agency's vision. I called on Bridging@Work to : - energize the agency, make employees work for an agency and not for a department. - facilitate the introduction of new managers and to be able to work with the old ones quickly. Bridging@Work accompanied both the management team and the teams. Thanks to Emmanuel, a collaboration was established within the management committee. We managed to exchange ideas and this was felt by all the teams. We also succeeded in developing the notion of pleasure at work, mutual respect, anticipation, and an exchange of skills. This allowed us to increase our turnover but above all to improve our working methods. We have thus grown at the agency level. "
