1. What were the main situations/issues for your managers/teams before my interventions (team building, change management training, feedback, managerial coaching...))

As a Training Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager in the field of Research and Development, I worked with Emmanuel for several years. He brought us his experience as a coach in various fields such as training, team building and individual coaching. The main challenges of our management were to increase the leadership skills of our managers at the level of soft skills because we were dealing with a scientific and technical population that had to face the new challenges of transversal leadership.

Among Emmanuel's interventions I can mention :

Two trainings: Change Management and Giving and Receiving Feedback.

These trainings were given to a population of department heads, group managers, project managers and team leaders (about 70 people).

Coaching of our internal coaches a team of 8 coaches who were responsible for facilitating the weekly and monthly team meetings. Our coaches also benefited from individual coaching sessions to increase and refine their skills.

A dozen team building interventions for several units and groups.

  1. What were the results after the interventions?

The trainings have had a very positive impact on the participants and have greatly improved the leadership skills of our managers. Whether it was during the end-of-year feedback evaluations or during organizational changes, the managers were able to use the tools proposed by Emmanuel and this was positively felt by the teams.

The team cohesion was very effective and helped the teams to start afresh.

The coaching of our internal coaches was a success - the coaching team became more efficient, more relevant and was able to apply what they had learned during the sessions.

  1. What was most striking/favorable about the consultant's interventions/style?

Emmanuel has a great capacity to adapt to his audience and takes care in his preparation to understand the environment in which he will intervene. He has dealt with a wide variety of profiles in scientific and technical fields with participants who are not always interested or comfortable with 'soft-skills' training. He was able to get the message across, speak their language, find the right tone and make the subject accessible to the participants. The feedback received at the end of the trainings and coaching interventions has always been very positive and I can only recommend him.
