LEGO® Serious Play® method

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method creates the optimal conditions where everyone's contribution is welcomed and appreciated at the same level in order to find together innovative and powerful solutions to a complex team problem.

The goal is to foster collective creative thinking through metaphors and symbols of team building, organizational identities based on the history, experiences and ideas of each individual.

During the LEGO ® SERIOUS PLAY ® sessions, by playing with LEGO ® bricks and materials, the teams build metaphors that symbolize their individual and collective thoughts and feelings when faced with a problem to solve or an original solution to find collectively.
