The principles of living

For 15 years, I have been working in companies and organizations to facilitate the mobilization of leaders and teams in order to sustain their activities through a shared vision, motivation and collaborative modes, and I have discovered that many management principles - taught for decades - could find their source in the fundamental principles of living interactions of ecosystems in nature. interactions vivantes des écosystèmes dans la nature.

I met - first through their book " Le choix du vivant " (Ed. LLL - 2018) and then within a managerial self-help circle where they intervened - two authors, Marie-Hélène Straus and Eric Julien, who have done a magnificent work of synthesis after 6 years of research based on astonishing experiences: in large companies but also - for Eric Julien - within a primitive Amazonian tribe, where he was taken in after an accident 35 years ago. These are the Kogi Indians - the last heirs of the great pre-Columbian societies of more than 4,000 years ago - who have developed a way of living in community that would make all our organizations pale.

The authors of this book have come up with " 9 principles for managing and living in harmony ".

These principles animate my work because they allow for the successful growth of ecosystems based on what works naturally within living organisms, whether in nature or within the cells of our bodies.
