Transactional Analysis - BOT

L’Transactional analysis, also called TA, is a theory of personality, social relationships and communication. Created in 1958 by the psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Eric Berne, it postulates "ego states" (Parent, Adult, Child), and studies intrapsychic phenomena through the relational exchanges of two or more people, called "transactions".

Transactional analysis is a psychological theory recognized for its operational effectiveness.

Its objective? To know oneself better and interact better with others.

Thanks to TA and its tools, it is indeed possible to solve many personal and relational problems. In particular, it is a matter of knowing our ego states and understanding our life scenario, programmed in childhood, in order to shed light on the person we have become as adults.

Through transactions, TA also allows us to understand the process of communication and to improve our way of exchanging and deciphering relationships, especially in psychological games and power games.
