The NCA method Neurocognitivism

The Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach (NCA) designates a model, methods and practical tools to be better, to live better and to work better.

To understand and manage human behavior, the Neurocognitive and Behavioral Approach is structured by a model. The functioning of a brain is extraordinarily complex. Using a model allows us to understand while keeping distance from this complexity. The central concept of this model is the state of mind, that is to say the association of three things: a feeling, a thought, a behavior.

An accessible approach

The Approach deeply respects the fact that each human being has the capacity to transform himself during his existence. It is a here and now reading, without searching for antecedents, benevolent. d’antécédents, bienveillante.

An aid to personal development

The approach brings valuable teachings for self-knowledge :

  • Knowing what motivates you
  • Understanding the mechanisms of emotional over-investment
  • Reading and managing stress
  • Discover the wonderful perspectives of adaptive intelligence and the agility it creates
  • Detach yourself from your irritants
  • Increase your field of vision.

Accompanying others

Manager, coach, trainer, facilitator, HR, there are many professions that work in contact with others to serve them.
Improving one's coaching requires understanding the interactions between containers (behavioral dynamics) and knowing how to model them.

The techniques of the practitioner allow to integrate the approach in personal or collective development with a vast field of applications, in particular
